I feel sorry for Larry Fitzgerald. One of the all-time great players, but correct me if I'm wrong, the last time the Cardinals were good was when they lost to us in the NFC Championship.

Yup the Cards are a graveyard team.

So basically the same story as every relevant player the Panthers have ever had?

Man Fitz has really wasted his career in AZ. Like I would have wanted a SB at some point.

I think Fitz transcends being a great NFL player. Dude is a genuine good human being.

Thats more than a superbowl ring will ever get you.

However, would love to see him get a ring.

That's all well and good but being a winner in the NFL is good too.

That's not gonna happen in Arizona.

I think he might be too loyal to leave the Cardinals though.

Don't write off the Cardinals just yet. Evidently the Seahawks aren't planning on covering anyone anymore tonight.

man watching the Seahawks I suddenly realize we've let up shockingly few big plays and have yet to have a blown coverage THAT bad.

how do you not know you don't have ANYONE behind you in fuging cover 3

    • This guy pre-draft was saying he could take or leave football, and he seems to have been playing with that mentality ever since lol.
    • Agreed, another safety would be nice. Bud Clark, TCU, is one I would like to see us take a flyer on later in the draft, if he stays healthy and we don't take someone earlier. I just really hope we draft a solid C this year. Tired of seeing us cycle through average to below average players in that area.
    • Bryce doesn't like throwing into the middle of the field unless the play broke down or it's set up to give him a passing lane.  So because of this issue, most of the passing offense has to be outside the numbers towards the boundary. So you see him throw a lot of dump offs, swing routes, short side out routes, comebacks or deep balls outside the numbers using the boundary as protection of an interception.    Pretty easy for a NFL defense to see this and scheme against it.  All you have to do is run a shell cover 2 deep dime, LB plays a hook underneath, take the flat away with a blitz/flat zone option for the two inside DB's, outside two DB's play hook zone underneath and carry anything deep.    Pretty much what NO ran to take away Rico while also limiting What Bryce can do as well.
