Building a winning culture is much more important than you think. If this staff is bad enough to go 0-16 it wouldn’t matter who our QB is.

I actually think it was important for this organization to try to win some ball games this year.

The little core group of guys that we have need to believe in Rhule moving forward and that belief/trust is built through winning.

I think it’s still possible we end with 6 wins. Detroit, Denver and Washington are all really bad. If a QB you love is sitting there at your pick take him but this roster is so deprived of talent across the board that we’re not in position to be reaching just yet.

Depends on if Bridgewater is out or not. I want us to lose out because we need a QB to compete for Super Bowl titles. We shut down Kyler Murray FFS, think about that for a second. The Bills couldn't do it, the Seahawks couldn't do it, but we shut down Kyler Murray.

The roster is going to be deprived of talent regardless on defense, and I believe with a ton of cap room, we could fix the O-Line and a vast majority of defense in this offseason. But, the Rookies are getting quality PT right now. We've won 3 games, and I've seen enough from Rhule and company to be excited going forward.

The overall roster isn't as far away as some think IMO. These promising youngsters on D are going to get a lot better and continue to gel. Our non-QB offensive skill position talent is very good. We need a franchise QB (which is a massive need and the hardest thing in football to find), then we need to focus on OL, MLB, and I've been saying it for years and years but we need a damn FS.

Yep, if Bridgewater is out I think losing out is a real possibility. A lot of the teams in front of us (draft order) play each other still.

But we could be sitting with the 5th pick and watch Lawrence, Fields, Sewell and Parsons go 1-4. That would suckkkkk.

At that point if you Rhule and co. love one of the QB’s I’d be cool with it

Wouldn't suc, to me, man. I know Fields is going to be gone, but I'm sold on Wilson. Lance................yeah. I would trade down and get him in that scenario.

Starters: 2(Hopefully we keep Douglas) CB, 1 MLB, 1 Safety, 1+ DT(Sorry KK but I don't see you around next season), 1+ G, 1+ T, 1 C(Maybe 2021 draft)... 1 QB(According to most huddlers). Thats essentially half a starting team.

Plus basically all the depth but Rhule can have a pass on that cause Hurney + COVID offseason, next year though. NO passes!

So I don't really think we are as close as some think either. We are as was said, realistically looking at 2022-2023 to be competitive if Rhule and his coordinators can sure up their weaknesses.

The last biggest things and this is on the coaches but both sides of the ball are not playing as a unit and most certainly not an NFL unit.

Its pretty far away bro.  Need secondary, linebackers, oline, and more depth at dline and of course QB.  We are a few drafts out.

Every roster has holes. You're never going to have a roster where you're completely happy with all your starters. That's why you need a franchise QB. Franchise QBs cover up holes.

Yes but we have a ton more holes than a playoff team, we need experience in depth at basically every position except 2

Thats a big thing, most starters on our team with be depth players for a legit contender right now. So everything else aside, we are still basically a whole starting roster(Minus WR+RB) behind the curve.

Honestly, Moton probably should be the LT.

At 15 million per he should be.   Person wasnt real high on us signing Moton or Samuel.  Was a bit weird to be honest.  If we have to start completely over on the oline that is going to set us back quite a bit.  Why in the hell did hurney wait so long to sign Moton?
