I thought this was really cool. Many of us were concerned about how motivated Edwards really is going in to the draft. That is not a problem with LaMelo. I’m getting more and more excited about him the more I read about him.

Did he make any of those shots?

Providing he is all we hope he will be.  The Hornets need to be all in to make sure he knows that this is his team and build around him.  Make this team a winner so he'll want to stay after his contract is up.

That's how they screwed up Walker, Charlotte never really gave him any help.

I hope he's a lifetime Hornet.

To be fair, it's not like Walker has been amazing over in Boston. Because he hasn't, he's been good. I'm glad we let him go.

I think the American people can take care of themselves, have been for hundreds of years without lockdowns or upstart authoritarians telling us we can't ram pack the Spectrum Center.

Our lives, our team, our city, our state, our #3 pick. This nanny state crap needs to stop. We've been through worse. Open the damn doors!

Can we have some appreciation for the sacrifice it took to get where we are, mixed couples on TV and such and equal opportunity for slavitude from the same people you speak of? I don't want to lose where we were going in favor of a jacknifed tractor trailer just because.

We can build instead of destroying it's the people's choice. The people decide that. We chose to be law abiding loving citizens of society. We decided that, all of us.

All I'm saying is we went through swine flu without all of the fuss, what's different, oh yes!...

Let's start behaving like intelligent people. You keep the lights on and you've got to know it. We need each other to tune out fear and get back to work as a country.

#2 got 10 RB and 4 assists. Working! That's the sign of a guy that's still giving 100% achieving the dream. Yeah he didn't score but they scored because of him. What he did in limited time was impressive. Best Hornet passer since Muggsy day one. Lets get back to the hive folks.

    • Through 2 games cltfc has 12 shot attempts. Opponents 23 shots on target. Attack sucks, Defense definitely sucks. Kahlina is the only reason they haven't given up 14 goals in two games.
    • I met a few times--never liked him. I figured he might have had a bad day--but then realized that he must have a lot of bad days. Once he raised his voice at my son because my son did not understand a question when SS was signing his jersey.  I wanted the jersey to represent his encounter with a Panther great, not some small man with a bad attitude.  I told me son, "Forget it.  He was asking you what your name is (My son was about 7 and told me that he thought Smitty was going to write (my son's) name on the jersey.  He said "Dad, I thought he was supposed to write HIS name on the jersey, not mine."  I said, "He was personalizing it, writing it to you--like a birthday card."  He is now grown, and he has a steve smith Jersey that is framed and matted.  He keeps it is his closet.  I asked him, "Why not have that out on your wall?"  He said, "All I remember is an A-hole scribbled on my shirt.  I don't remember a legend or hero.  But he had a Jake Delhomme Jersey on his wall.  "Jake was great.  I will always remember that."  (Jake stayed and talked to us for about 5 minutes or more--GREAT guy.)
    • Is it possible for someone to regress in maturity as they age or has Steve really just been a jerk his entire life?
