The difference is that Russell shows his arm strength and ball velocity on film, Will doesn't. I think a lot of that is that Wilson is technically very sound in his throwing mechanics and Grier is not. That also gives a lot of film on deep, accurate throws for Russell and not very many for Will(college or pro).

I don't doubt Wilson's arm my original statement is still correct no QB in the NFL can match JA's throw power... most of the guy's over 55 on that list are obvious I didn't expect WG to check in there.

I remembered Will being up there because it was referenced in here to dispute the narrative that he didn't have a strong arm. He is clearly ABLE to throw with that kind of velocity but we haven't seen much of it. I guess that is just one of those combine stats that just doesn't translate to the field for him.

Did you watch the 2015 Panthers? We almost choked away multiple games by decelerating in the third.
