J-stew also, but we're used to that on WED's.

CHARLOTTE, N.C. -- Carolina Panthers running back DeAngelo Williams has missed practice because of a sore knee.

Panthers coach John Fox said Wednesday that Williams tweaked the knee and will be evaluated. Williams rushed for 149 yards and two touchdowns during Sunday's loss to the New Orleans Saints.

Fellow running back Jonathan Stewart also sat out, but he has routinely missed Wednesday workouts to rest his sore Achilles' tendon.

Defensive end Julius Peppers was limited with what Fox called a "messed up" right hand. Tight end Dante Rosario (knee) also was limited.

Fullback Brad Hoover remained sidelined with a sprained ankle, but backup Tony Fiammetta returned after missing one game with a concussion.

Wide receiver Muhsin Muhammad practiced after missing two games with a knee injury.

jarrett is garbage. moose would've caught that deep bomb yesterday that went right through jarrett's hands.

they have run that exact same thing w/ Moose multiple times.....Moose never once was able to get into position to make the catch. Moose probably has the worst hands out of Smith, Jarrett, Moore.

I remember D-will tweaked his knee against the Saints, so I'm hoping it's that and not that he tweaked it in practice.

Yea like after 6 Saints layed the wood one him. Jon Fox is gonna kill our RBs if he dose not find someone he would like to pass the ball.

    • FLA showed everyone it’s not about superstars. they bullied the best line in the NHL into obscurity. they played hard, were in the right positions, and ran over everything that got in their way.
    • That’s really not what you said and when I even expressed doubt as to your intentions with the post you doubled down and remained unclear on whether you were trying to drag Dean Smith for whatever reason. You just got the facts wrong, which if you don’t follow the local college programs like you say then maybe you just were mistaken and thought Smith didn’t win championships or have legit superstars, and that is ok, but you just doubled down when my first post was more corrective than anything. I’m not sure what you expect posting objectively false things like “RBA has a lot of wins with nothing to show for it like Dean Smith” (paraphrasing) on a message board with plenty of UNC fans. I’m not taking it as a personal affront, we can agree to disagree, Dean Smith’s legacy fortunately will not be affected by this conversation. Screw the (Florida) Panthers?
    • Bring in the free agents and trades.  Florida is the best team and unless Tulsky makes it happen, it’s more of the same…which isn’t bad…but it’s time to win a goddamn cup.
