If you're getting those offers you'll sell for 15-20% more then what they say is a great offer. If you're in the Charlotte area and you're considering taking an open door offer please talk to me first lol

Oh no, we have no intention of selling.  We know we could get more on the market,  it's just nuts how the prices are sky rocketing.

Hell, I left Colorado almost two years ago because it was already to the point that staying felt financially irresponsible and it's way more expensive now than it was even then.

Careful.

Totally depends on what your interest rate is, and how long into the mortgage you are.

Also, where are you going to go.  If you can live out in the country, great, but most don't want to.

If I sold right now, I'd buy a ton of acreage and build my home, and subdivide and build about 10 more units to pay for itself.

While searching for the place for my future bakery, I also found online service that allows to register LLC online  https://bestllcservices.co/start-an-llc-in-north-carolina/. I think it is great option for those who don't like burocracy and wasting time on that.

      I think in all honestly, the final 2 games are carrying most of the weight in a lot of Bryce talk IMO.    During the window where he "blew it out of the water" window......were a lot of games where he was not above average.  AZ is largely one of those stat sheet games.   Where the stat sheet reflects QB play that didn't exist in the game.  That game was all Chuba.  Meh vs Dallas.  Meh vs Philly.  Meh vs Giants.  Probably average vs Tampa, Den, Saints.  Bryce made HUGE strides vs what he was.  We should be happy.   But when you start comparing him to the rest of the league.....people I think are going too far.  His best aspect in reality.....is his scrambling.  And that's probably not a great thing give his size.

      Mays and Zavala looked lost in the Reich offense.  Granted Zalava was probably playing too soon due to injuries but he looked terrible.  This new staff seems to be doing well with our OL.  I also wonder if having two vets in Hunt and Lewis just made life that much easier on whoever was/is playing center.
