You're not wrong.

Bridgewater should've never been signed.

Bradberry should've been re-signed (or tagged if he was balking) and Shaq should've been allowed to walk. Bradberry is the better player AND he plays the more premium, harder to replace position. That was a low hanging fruit decision and we botched it.
