Was listening the other day to a podcast and they were talking about Stone Forsyth being a 3rd round guy with big upside.

I have been looking at him and asking myself--where did you come from?  I think he could be an early 3rd.  Mills 20 higher than Mond?  Wow.

Yet another guy that has Lance rated higher than Fields. People can't keep acting like it's some sort of outlier.  Fields fan-boys can't wrap their heads around it.

As a Fields Fan Boy (we do our plural with a z by the way so Fieldz fan boyz), I’m offended by this! I definitely see the appeal of Lance. I personally just think he is more of a risk due to competition and experience than Fields is. I think Lance has huge potential though.

I am also looking for Fitterer to trade back but still in range to get an impact player.  I think he uses an extra puck to get a future RT.  They are everywhere in this draft.  LT’s not so much.

I think that old Seattle background is gonna make him apprehensive to pay big money to Moton.  Rumors were that he wanted 23 mil/yr.  I think Fit will look for a replacement.

With the state of out line that is concerning.

    • I understand where OP is coming from in general. Personally I don't have anything against Bryce the person. By all accounts he's a great guy. As an NFL QB and as the face of the franchise however I must acknowledge he is enough to make someone stop watching football altogether. If we had transitioned directly to him from Cam and Kyle Allen instead of Teddy Bridgewater and Sam Darnold PJ Walker Baker Mayfield etc I would probably feel more apathy toward the situation but I've been through the ringer already so this is whatever. I will say as nice of a kid as he is his personality is unbelievably milquetoast and it's hard to ignore even when he plays well and wins it just feels like your QB is Steve Urkel and you're always left waiting for the other shoe to drop. It is what it is 🤷‍♂️
    • Not only Bryce... The "all star" coaching staff approach was pushed on Reich because Tepper saw the initial success Brian Daboll was having. That's how we ended up with Thomas Brown (among others) rather than the staff Reich would hav chosen himself. When it comes to football, Tepper is one of those guys who sees someone else having success and says "hey, let's copy that" rather than getting people who have their own ideas. Not just unoriginal, but also stupid 😡 As to Bryce, Fitterer admitted he'd locked in on Bryce the year before and wasn't budging. Pretty much everyone believes Reich wanted Stroud, but why would you expect him to get his choice of quarterback when he didn't even get his choice of assistant coaches? Add in that besides Tepper using assistants as basically corporate spies, Fitterer threw Reich under the bus when Bryce wasn't an overnight sensation. Basically, Reich never had a shot. Now Fitterer is gone, the all star staff is mostly gone, the Giants are a sh-t show and Reich is experiencing a career resurrection at Stanford. And us? Well, we're still here hoping for a miracle 😕
    • Speaking of guys that need to return to school, John Mateer. He has really nuked his stock during SEC play.
