The chatter yesterday about them trading up was for Horn and Surtain but Horn was their primary target.

Cry more 😎

Arseface Peyton did it to us and they deserve to lose out.

There was a 0% chance they were getting Horn....both of the CBs were always going in the top 10 and the Saints had no way in hell to get up there

I saw something yesterday where an insider knew that many teams had Payton Turner rated as a 4th rounder... 😂

WTF is up with that? Did you see the fans at the draft? (I was watching ABC) The announcers actually said "bless his heart" because no one cheered.

Payton Turner,  Where did the New Orleans Saints 'Who Dat' chant come from? | wwltv.com ??

I don't know who my dislike is stronger towards: The Saints team, Sean "Mouthful of Juicy Fruit" Payton, or Saints fans. It's literally the most difficult version of F, Marry, Kill ever.

Good any day we get a chance to screw them before they screw us is a good day.  I'm telling you, those MFs live to ruin our plans.

I actually think that is why they took Payton Turner. We took the guy they coveted and now they want to kill Sam Darnold by bulking their D-line. They took the wrong guy... but the goal was still there.

    • I don’t know about floor in a team defense sense but we needed more.  The floor that I am familiar with is our QBs floor and it is so low that every other part of the team needs to be beefed up.     We tried our best to improve these things and I think we did improve the defense and we at least kept the offense  from sinking from no LT.  And ostensibly helped the receivers too.   So we kept a window open that we at least have a chance to improve our record by a game of two.  Which would probably give us the division.

    • Yeah. I am one of. those who think a JAG RB can eat with really good blocking. (Brooks is most important in my mind, in tbe passing game and that is what we’ll lose without him)  There are a lot of aspects to this. The big one that caused us to struggle is Young and his arm scared no one.  Best back, best blocking still cannot defeat a really good defense if they are not forced to respect the pass.  And teams did not.    But, a strong OL and running game Can get us over against weaker defenses.  And if Bryce still doesn’t scare anyone we can still win some games. Like last year  So it is really important to tend to that OL.   Get that straight and see if in his fourth year he can finally back defenses off. That is what if is all about this year to me, on the Bryce front.
