How much of the Jets performance was really on Darnold?

Cam Newton during his NFL MVP season.....wasn't even top 10 in QBR.

Cam deserved the MVP.

He was also 16th in yards passing,  27th in cmp%,  7th in Y/A, 7th in PR, 19th in ints.

The stats @Madwolf uses doesn't  make the case for MVP  overall either.

Was Cam Newton a worse QB than Ryan Mallet in 2015, yes or no?

Why are you afraid to answer. You keep telling me that QBR speaks the truth.

If Tannehill was the worse QB of the two, because QBR is a perfect system, then that means Ryan Mallet was a better QB than Cam Newton in 2015.

I don't understand why you're so reluctant to affirm what you've been dragging on about for pages now.

    • Good read and stuff under it is not bad either. https://www.yahoo.com/sports/article/panthers-cb-jaycee-horn-says-184519429.html
    • While I'd love to add him, it just doesn't make sense for where we are at in our re-build right now. The only teams who should be interested are those who have a very legitimate shot at winning the SB this season, as any team who makes the trade is going to be mortgaging their future to make the move. Teams who make these kinds of trades and then give them the massive contract, in the hopes that it will expedite their path to contention, ALWAYS ends up backfiring because they have to give up the 1st round picks that are then needed to help build out the rest of the roster after eating up such a significant chunk of the cap on the new contract. There is no way the Cowboys trade him for anything less than 2 future 1st rounders (and probably more), plus we'll have to make him the highest paid non QB in league history.  Not to mention that it would then have made the Scourton and/or Princely picks a bit of a waste, as those 2nd and 3rd round picks would have been better off used on a ILB or DB
    • Like his approach to pre season that's ro get them out there and play together for a few plays and right about the night before and morning before.  Maybe we can come out the gate on fire I can smell the smoke from here!!   Go Panthers
