YouTube tv. Location guard addin on browser lets you identify as a Charlotteon. You can also record and speed thru commercials. Unfortunately it’s pricey. Around 50$, might be a free trial option. That’s what I did for a while until I made my assessment on teddy.

Moved out of the area and stream all my TV on Hulu. Want to watch my Panthers, but will not get satellite/DirectTV. Any options besides going to a sports bar for the games?

From a strictly legal perspective, the answer you'll most likely receive is "go to a sports bar or find a friend with Sunday Ticket and bring them pizza every week to watch at their house"

Other folks here will probably offer suggestions on working around the broadcast geofencing, and there's a thread over in the Huddle Lounge talking about the business of TV streaming and potential future of things like Sunday Ticket.  But whatever solution that is, we won't see until next season at the earliest.

If you're out of a local broadcast market (check your local listings), then you're at the mercy of the local programmers as to which game they want to air. For some reason, Honolulu FOX is airing the Panthers pre-season game this weekend, IIRC.

The CBS and FOX apps *might* allow you to self-select your ZIP/market to watch your "local station" via OTT device, but that may only pertain to local programming rather than national content (ie the local news).

If it's a national game, you might be able to catch it on the NFL app. I'm pretty sure I watched both MNF and SNF on that last year.

    • I think Indiana will win it all but Miami should give them a much better fight than Oregon did.
    • When I tell people I was at that game, they usually say oh that’s so cool you had the experience. I call it soul crushing. Why? The weeks and months leading up to it were great, the team was fun to watch every week…some weeks the offense was unstoppable and carried the team (saints and giants road games), other times the defense carried the load (jaguars, tampa). Lots of back and forth games against good teams (Seattle and Indy). Good young players on the team, but the veteran leadership was incredible…from Cam, Olsen, Kalil and J Stew to Luke, TD, Norman, Tillman, Jared Allen, CJ. Role players like Fozzy Whitaker, Cotchery (he caught that MFer), Philly brown, Kyle love, AJ Klein, and so on.  The Friday before the nfc championship my wife and I after a few drinks said let’s see what prices look like for flights/accommodations and we got to talking about how much prices would increase if we waited until we found out if we would be in the big game. We said screw it, we are only out $200 if we have to cancel.  Of course we come out and just pulverized the cardinals in front of the most raucous crowd by far we’ve ever had. We had no idea what we would do for game tickets and then found out a neighbor who worked for the team could get us 2 for face value (each employee got two of their own for free, something cool that JR did).  But then the NFL mafia decided that the storyline of manning going out on top like Elway would give them more goodwill than a non traditional QB who didn’t connect with their target demo and the rest is history. I never have and never will watch that game again. I am just hoping I can see them win one in the 2nd half of my life.
