We are no longer rebuilding. We're competing

I don't play fantasy.  If I did, I'd probably suck cause I'd load up on Panthers players and we are not a high scoring offense.

It's not about fantasy. I wish it were.

You'll often see me  refer to Mrs. Scot by the name "Lady Cowboy Fan". She's a diehard Dallas fan, the kind nobody can stand.

I bought her a Cowboys mini helmet. She says she'd like to get it autographed by Jerry Jones 😒

Ahh.  Well, love has no bounds.  You could look at it as, either way you win?  Happy wife, happy life...that sort of thing.

I'm not that lucky.

I know how she is. If the Panthers win, she's gonna be annoyed (especially if I act too happy). If the Cowboys win, I'm gonna be hearing about it for the rest of the season.

Hell, last week when the Cowboys beat the Chargers at the last minute, she celebrated so hard I took a back fist to the face 😳

Oh.  Sorry about that, I guess it is lose lose.  I thought I had it bad because my wife doesn't like football.

I’m digging the aggressiveness, but draft day is looking rough next year.

This also makes it seem like no one is willing to make a reasonable deal for OL help right now

The Henderson and Darnold trades make sense because they're incredibly young guys on rookie deals.

Which OL could we get that's in a similar boat? Teams don't trade the big guys unless they absolutely have to - they're too rare.

Im not sure which option is worse.

Guess a Panthers win is better because at least then I've got something to be happy about.

I honestly don’t know. There has to be some decent young  OL players in bad organizations that we can try to scoop up

I'm still not buying us as a playoff team this season.

A few more winning weeks and I might be ready though, especially against a really good team.

I think we'll be there or there abouts.

If injuries hold off you've got to like our chances against the Giants, WTFs and Falcons. That's 6-7 wins. Only need to pick up a few more from a group of tough, but winnable games and you're in the hunt.

That's grounds for divorce.

    • Winning games and be a +500 team are good. But the goal is to win Super Bowl.  Chiefs had Alex Smith, went to playoff twice and still replaced him.   BY as of now: - To many fumbles - Completion in the intermediate range is just far below acceptable - Not enough of a deep throw threat....   The stats you try use is deceiving.  Catchable......  That is an opinion. Show me the completion %. And also, how does BY compare to other QBs using the stats you cited. Oh... ranked at 27

    • The Entitlement Paradox: When Winning Isn't Enough for Panther fans.    Just the other season(s) we were praying for wins by any means. Brought in every run of the mill QB you could think of.  We know all sides of the ball was bad like egregious bad. However some how we have won 5 games and TOXIC ENTITLEMENT has emerged.    We are a team that has to take wins by anymeans nothing has changed. Keep pounding means it aint gonna be perfect!!    Some panther fans have now developed a toxic entitlement where even victories feel insufficient, demanding flawless performance, or perfection, which stems from historical success in which we dont have any lol. This mindset poisons communities by fostering relentless criticism, harassment, and ingratitude that undermine team morale and alienate casual supporters. For the new Carolina Panthers, this could manifest as fans booing Bryce Young after gritty wins for low passing yards despite low turnovers, pressuring tepper into premature changes mid-rebuild, or driving away talent through online abuse!! eroding the positive momentum from their recent 4-game streak has brought us. Trust and believe the players do see your toxicity.    Anyways here are some positive stats.      Most Accurate QB on... 20+ Yard Throws 1. Drake Maye (79.2%) 2. Sam Darnold (79.2%) 3. Bryce Young (75.0%) 10-19 Yard Throws 1. Jaxson Dart (88.0%) 2. Jayden Daniels (82.9%) 3. Drake Maye (80.7%) 0-9 Yard Throws 1. Drake Maye (92.9%) 2. Spencer Rattler (92.6%) 3. Bryce Young (91.7%) @FantasyPtsData
