We have been through much worse than this.  There is no quick fix to this either.  This season is what it is, a wasted one.  Next offseason is when they will attempt to get right.

all tepper has to do is call Cam and admit he fuged up and get him to come home.

Cam's phone is not blowing off the hook so if Tepper called him and said the starting job is here and they have a long talk and work things out Cam would come home imo.

What does Tepper do if we trade for Watson and he is able to start, but the team still sucks because our OC does not have a clue? 

Do we blame Deshaun and just say he does not have it anymore and continue on our college career path?

like I said Tepper should just call Cam and work things out.

Watson is not worth it and it would make me sick to watch a POS like him as our QB in fact I would quit watching this team for good if we sign Watson.
