I get the feeling that Fitts job is to find the kind of guys Rhule is looking for, because you know, Rhule cannot identify them.

Rhule has intimated the dynamic is a majority consensus approach on matters concerning players but I'm not buying that yet.

He would be just about as effective as Teddy and Darnold. In fact, I think he would pretty much be like Darnold was in the first half of the season and then how Darnold is now, but varying from week to week.
