Christmas will be my way.  Period.  There will be beef.

I’m not a fan of the traditional Thanksgiving meal. I never go to a restaurant to order Turkey. 
But as Capt Morgan said, Tradition rules. Family and relatives will enjoy Turkey, dressing, and the other sides. 
I bring one thing. ( ok 2, bottle of wine )

a 15 layer chocolate cake. 
 

But Friday night , I feed the same family members steamed oysters , and St Pauli Girl beer. I have guest from Texas, Colorado, and N C . 
 

I hope everyone in Panther Nation has a blessed & safe holiday .
