Peaker Jennings is reporting that Peaker Brady is trying out for the position, but said he could only do it while Peaker Cetera performed for him!!!

Oh...and almost forgot....he also said Saint Peakers must be present as well.

Peak and Repeak were on a boat. Peak fell off.

Who was left?

The way i heard it,Peak looked over the side of the boat to take a peak and fell overboard.

Then Repeak, not to be outdone, took a leak and fell overboard, the same as Peak.

Man,i hate to hear about these heartbreaking stories.:cryin:

how long is it gonna take for the coach to grab a kick returner!! i mean seriousli how long has it been since we returned a kick for a touchdown. micheal bates?? lets get some speed in here people, but how hard is it to draft the fast man on the boards late in the draft. enuff with the poor returns!

hey dude, I won't comment on the responses to your thread but I will comment on your thread. I too would like to see some speed at the return position as well as actually catching the ball. I think that they believed that Goodson would be our answer and Capt was just a sub at the postion that became an asset. We did sign Dexter Jackson from Tampa Bay. I know he has speed, but we'd have to release someone to bring him on board. And oh yeah, we still have Smitty. I don't know how he feels about return duties, but if he's down, I know he'd be a huge upgrade. Theres no more risk of him getting hurt at KR than it is at WR. We are in need of a few fixes, a dominant returner is one of em!

    • No, you're right. It doesn't mean you can't call out his flaws and poor play. But it also doesn't mean you can't admit when he plays well and shows improvement. Not you personally, just in general I mean.
    • I will say, I do think there's a version of Bryce that could be really successful as a high-volume passer in a spread-based offense built around quick throws and timing-based intermediate throws with deeper throws schemed up around them. I actually think the power run based offense we're running is a poor fit for Bryce as it requires him to play under center far more often. It's a very traditional offensive approach whereas I think a scheme that spreads defenses out and lets Bryce distribute the ball quickly with anticipation and accuracy is the sweet spot for him. The key, of course, is to find a way to run the ball efficiently out of those formations. Our personnel right now (backs and OL) aren't good fits for that style of offense and I'm not sure it's a scheme Dave Canales favors very much either.
    • I root for him, and I hope for the best, as does essentially everyone. But that doesn’t mean you can’t call out flaws and bad plays. And that’s what a lot of people get wrong.  I hope I’m wrong and that he continues to improve a lot, I just doubt it. But I’ve been wrong before
