He's got the same problem as Sam Darnold. He's more athletic than Darnold, but neither of them can consistently make the right decisions with the ball. He's consistently made mistakes late in games that ended up being the difference in a win and a loss. -

Navarro was going to have to borrow most of the money to buy the team. Operating capital would probably have been an issue for him. Remember, when teams write big contracts, the entire guaranteed sum of that contract has to go into an escrow account. Ben also made all of his money operating a debt collections business. During Covid, his company filed more debt collection lawsuits than anyone else. Not the look the NFL wants.
