Can we talk about Fitterer and the off-season so far

I'm not going to get overly excited about any of it. Expectations will remain low unless a pro-level QB starter is added to the mix; and even then, like always, we won't know what kind of team we have until mid to late October.

The moves have been decent. Still scratching my head over Thomas (Hooper signed with Titans for one year and 6 mil), but I'll have to live with it. And I wonder why only one year for Bozeman.

I will say that it's been better than last season, but it has to be considering the mess they made of the coming draft with a dearth of day 1 and 2 picks. But perhaps Fitt can pull a few rabbits out his fat ass there. We'll see.

Rhule had full control last season.

Lots of people with connections are questioning whether he still does

I do as well, thats not my main issue.

My issue anything bad = 100% Rhule

Anything great/good= Rhule had 0.0 part and it was all cause of fitt/morgan/tepper/________ .

Its already tiresome. Its like Rhule can do NOTHING right and only does bad. I mean the guy hired a good new group of coaches(minus the old timer DL). And if he is in fact stepping back and allowing more group think decisions, well that a positive as well.  Not a rhule simp, but not going to fully think hes incapable of good/smart choices.

    • Btw... only Mitch fugging Marner has a better +/- than Key 🔑!!! And, Mitchy needed 5 more games and almost 100 more shifts to get there.
    • I was honestly flabbergasted to see Rod send out Stanky and the boys to to matchup against their top line to start the game. The reason that line has been so effective is because they've been matched mostly against 2nd and 3rd lines all year. You've got last change. Use it to your advantage.
    • Nobody played well on defense last night. But, the vitriol towards Chatfield (and to a lesser extent, K'andre) is bigly misplaced. People (not just you) just refuse to accept how bad Slavin has been this season. And, I get it. Canes fans (and informed analysts) have spent nearly a decade trying to explain to casuals just how good Jaccccob is at hockey. 4Nations happened and the hockey watching public started to listen. National media even started floating the idea of creating a new award in his honor. Then this season, he gets hurt. It happens. NBD. But, when he finally came back, it wasn't the same. He'll get back to his old self in no time. Probably just some rust, it'll be fine. Only, it wasnt rust, and he's not fine. He's bad right now. It wasnt just last night. Although, that was absolutely the worst game of his NHL career. Slavin (-4) currently has the 3rd worst +/- of anyone left in the playoffs. We've  been begging the world to recognize Jaccob Slavin's greatness. And, by the time we finally got people to listen, he shits the bed! I blame Kash!
