You are making great points. Don't get frustrated. Some people are so in love with the Baker Mayfield persona they'll have to see him fail for themselves to finally get it.

They banned me because I was against the Teddy Bridgewater move, I was correct, it couldn't/wouldn't work out. Sam, same thing.

People that have been paying attention to the Baker Mayfield story saw the team they painstakingly put around him and they soon determined he was the weak link.

Nothing wrong with that, just don't overvalue the guy as if he's some super starter, and it'll be what it is. The unrealistic expectations that Baker is a savior is much more rampant around here than it should be.

We haven't seen good football around here for so long they just don't know what a good QB is.

I was against Teddy, Sam and now Baker and know I will be right. People are just the Websters definition of Insane and trying to talk theirselves into another retread for what the fifth time? Its laughable.

If you think he is only slightly better than explains some of your uneducated comments about Baker.

You're right Baker is an absolute stud and going to win us a championship this year smh..... Why did Rob Ninconvich, Ryan Clark, Jake Delhome, Keyshon Johnson, Colin Cowherd, Marcus Spears, Bucky Brooks and Steve Smith (at first) all say Darnold is better and should win the job? I disagree with most media members, but they are very close in talent/skills/mental capacity. Probably QB 32, 31 in the league. Why did the Browns go after a sexual predator out of desperation to get rid of the guy? Why did they have to pay to get rid of him? Why were we the only team in the entire league interested? Why did the Falcons choose to sign Mariota over him? LOL BUDDY and don't call me uneducated, you don't know me. Maybe I am way more connected than you think 🙂

LOL guess we can watch and see. No one wanted Baker in the entire NFL besides us and had to pay to get rid of him. I know you guys are trying your best to talk yourselves into Baker like I am sure you did for Sam last year. Most NFL analyst believe Sam will win the job. They are both awful and lol what QB did he beat and the Steelers were decimated. I would've taken the Browns Oline over any oline in the league outside maybe Rams and Lions.

“Most analysts believe Sam will win the job?” Yeah that is coming right out if your ass. Why would they trade for Baker in the first place? Again offensive line preseason rankings don’t matter if they get injured. I can see you backed yourself into a corner and have turned into the making up poo talking nonsense phase. Why don’t YOU find some of these articles about Baker blaming his OL or one if these “majority” analysts that believe Sam will win the starting job. Steve Smith was mocking the “QB Conpetition” today at TC.

Because I don't need to read articles. I know. And I listed plenty of the analysts. Michael Robinson even said he is not a top 64 QB.... Look at what Steve has said about Baker in the past lol. And I am mocking the "QB competition" too. Its hilarious and embarrassing that these two buffoons are battling it out.

Here is the “blaming the OL” article. It’s funny because the writer blames the OL (that is banged up and not as good as advertised). Baker said Hudson had a rough assignment going against and All-Pro in Watt with so few starts. Then says “I don’t want to turn this into me blaming our OL because I’m not. I could have played better and our whole offense as a unit could have played better.”

There are more articles as well. The starting oline played over half the season and their back ups are/were above average. Overall a very good to great oline. Coach and front office clearly didn't think it was the lines fault...

You're uneducated on this. Wills was injured and struggled all season and Conklin was hurt and Hudson was a turnstile. The interior was great at run blocking and good at pass blocking the tackles were terrible at pass blocking.

Yep. Plenty of reasons to hate on Baker, yet this person makes up nonsense. He has been shown data that shows the Cleveland OL struggles last year (due to injuries) and I think it’s down to his pride. Sometimes we are simply wrong and it’s ok to admit it.

Okay I guess they weren't the "best" oline but top 5. Baker was the weakest link on that entire team.
