Clemson overrated.

I mean Clemson has been pretty impressive.  Winning a lot of games 2 straight years with horrific QB play.   It doesn’t really get stated how bad DJ has been.

And I don’t care the freshman threw a pick just now. You put young QBs in horrific spots and bad things happen.  Stick with him

They get good players. But their tradition is 100% overrated and certainly not a CFB blue blood.

I mean, they have won 10+ games every year for a decade.  Them and Bama.   Have the 2nd most CFP wins behind Bama and 2 nattys in that window.  No one with more but Bama.

If Clemson isn’t a CFB era blue blood.   Then there is only Bama and no one else.

They are a good program, get good players.  No denying that. Def the best program in the Carolinas but they not some blue blood like a lot of people think they are. Once Dabo leaves Clemson is gonna have to hit a homer with his replacement.

    • I think what's been useful about PFF rankings on a weekly basis is to see how certain members of the defensive backfield perform according to them. I find it hard to judge Nick Scott and some of the others the last few weeks, though he's had some plays, so these scores are helpful there. Though when Derrick Brown doesn't show up at all it's a head scratcher.  I know week to week is irrelevant but he had a monster game by most accounts.
    • Agreed the odds are stacked against us and I doubt we win it but you never know. I just know it's nice to be able to even have this conversation again.
