Issue is if he declares I'm pretty sure half the teams in the back of the first are thinking the same thing. If he's a bust QB he's still probably a better than Taysom Hill gadget guy for 4-5 years

Plus if you snag him in the first you get him for five years if he turns out good. The extra year over the second rounders is nice.
