True, but it’s still an odd way to make money, for a college girl. Some of the pictures she puts out are pretty racy. I’d compare it to Maye getting paid to model underwear for money.

To be fair, the average strip club in any college town is gonna employ a fair number of students. And of course you've got your fair share of models, etc.

It's just never really been funneled through the athletics department before.

Young, attractive women financially benefitting from their physical attractiveness is odd to you? What rock have you been living under? 😂

She's legally an adult so it really doesn't matter what they think.

Equally big question: How practical is it to compete In an outfit like that? 🤔

(reminds me of the various comic book superheroines who choose to fight evil while wearing a thong)

Valid point, I think you kind of hit it on the head for me, it’s very odd to see it funneled through college athletics. It’s also interesting to see who partakes in it and who doesn’t. I imagine the US gymnast from Auburn (Suni Lee I think is her name) could easily pull the numbers that this girl is but she (Lee) is obviously not going that route.

She would take the crown off, no way it would stay on.  Completely, unpractical.

To me, young is 25, not 18, 19, or 20. I still think of that age as a child and it is odd to me that a girl that age would risk the backlash as well as the stigma that comes with making money off her body. I imagine she endured some shaming from other gymnasts.

I honestly haven't seen anybody else going that route.

That said, I've really only heard of Olivia Dunne through news stories. There could be others out there.

New York Times wrote an apparently unflattering article about her.
