Clearly our receivers need to do a better job of getting open.

tbh, I find it hard to believe that he was able to find receivers the past 5 games and for some reason couldn't find anyone (until late in the 4th quarter) against the Saints.

It's mind-boggling.

I know you're obviously being sarcastic but I'm sorry, Frank, but there does seem to be some truth to that comment as well.

Even the commentators (who have a much wider angle/view of the field than we do while watching on TV) noted that receivers weren't getting open.  🤷‍♂️

Perhaps McAdoo had no clue how to scheme his WR's open?

This is why I want Ben Johnson here 'cause he made Goff look Competent.

If we hire Ben Johnson I'd say odds are good one of his first priorities would be showing Darnold and Walker the door and starting over with a new QB room. Corral would be the only one left. That's the way.

And that's fine by me.

I've said I wanted Corral to get a shot.

I just want this offense not to be OFFENSIVE anymore.

    • Everybody made too much of that. The CBA and the 17 game schedule is what kills the cohesion we see in teams across the league in the opening games.  You decide, look at your depth and make informed decisions there or you get a an extra quarter or whatever two quarters with your ones.  Teams that are set don’t have those openings as much down the roster to evaluate but that ain’t everybody. It is a quandary. I think they need that 4th preseason game back. But as I said, I don’t lay that as the excuse for Bryce to come out looking like he does to start seasons. He has an entire camp.
    • Hey I said the 1pm west coast team, I said the up down up down and we were due for the up week.  You can’t know what is going to happen. There was a guy that detailed why the league would engineer a Panthers win to bring LA Rams back to the pack in conference standings.  Who really knows, and how much real belief do you have when citing these things? I generally have as much as my superstition allows. It rarely rises to an emotional experience. Usually it is more analytical. In terms of interest. When crazy poo happens and we win a game like today I for sure enjoy it.  I mean you have to think about it, how many times do you connect 2 4th and short situations for TDs? Who does that? That is like the most embarrassing thing for the Rams’ defense lol. That never happens and should never happen.  Expecting it to happen might not be a good plan. But it was pretty great
