If he can make/keep that defense strong and seriously look at the offensive philosophy in SF I think Wilks will be a great head coach.  The Rivera/Fox mentality and conservatism on offense is the albatross he has to shake and he will be a great head coach.

I just looked up Raheem's head coaching record, his record is 21-38 as head coach which is bad, I will be surprised if Raheem gets the Colts head coaching job

Good for Wilks and I wish him nothing but the best.  I wanted an offensive coach but appreciate what he did last year given the circumstances.
