HOU seems to have a few better decision makers in place so we'll see...I did a big mock but here's mine with some minor revisions:

1-CAR - Bryce Young QB

2-HOU - Will Anderson EDGE

3-IND (from AZ) - CJ Stroud QB (not buying Levis rumors)

4-AZ (from IND) - Christian Gonzalez CB (my surprise right now)

5-SEA -Anthony Richardson QB

6-DET - Devon Witherspoon CB

7-LVR - Tyree Wilson DL

8-HOU (from ATL) - Will Levis QB

9-CHI - Paris Johnson Jr. LT

10-PHI - Nolan Smith OLB

The first CB off the board will be interesting for me.  I think Witherspoon is my guy but this class is very deep.  Interesting enough the WR class is fairly average but has good depth as well.  Dalton Kincaid is a guy I think could come off the board a lot earlier than people might think

I like Witherspoon a lot but Gonzalez sounds like he's really impressed in interviews.

Those two are solidly my top 2 but starting to think Banks goes ahead of Porter Jr.  Washington's type is more in line with Banks and Porter Jr. could be gifted right into a team like PIT or SEA's lap at 19/20.

Brugler mentioned today to also not be surprised if DJ Turner is round 1 and to keep an eye out on him.  Teams are quite high on the kid...could be there ay 39.

Jalen Carter is a very interesting player for me on where he goes.  The talent level from him to the next DT is a huge gap IMO.  I would rank a Bresee as my #2 but it really isn’t close.  Carter will go early despite the character concerns

For those 2 CBs it’s what do you want.  Gonzalez has very nice traits with his size and speed.  I think he will be great. Witherspoon is one of my top players in the draft.  Physical for his size and tough as hell.  He is a big time player.  Love this guys attitude.

1. Carolina - Young

2. Indy trade w/ Houston - AR

3. TB trade w/ ARI - Will Anderson Jr

4. Tenn trade w/ Houston - CJ

5. Sea - Tyree Wilson

6. Det - Devon Witherspoon

7. Vegas - Paris Johnson Jr

8. Atl - Myles Murphy

9. Chi - Jordan Addison

10. Phi - Bijan Robinson

11. Hou - Will Levis

Tampa trades Mike Evans to Ari.  Later in draft they will gain another pick by trading White.  Focus will be on getting younger on defense.

Tennessee moves up to get a replacement for Tannehill who I think could be moved on draft day.

Atlanta adds a freak athlete at DE.

Indy bets big on the new offensive coordinator being able to make AR great.

Houston trades down twice and still has two top 15 picks. Along with 33 and the bounty from Tenn they will have a abundance of riches.

Lastly speaking of abundance of riches.  The Eagles pair Bijan with Hurts to terrorize the league.

I know it's long but I'm so glad the draft is happening soon. Mocks need to stop. I need help.

    • I wonder if they'd consider trading Rasheed Walker to a team that needs tackle help but missed out in the draft?
    • LOL. This is such a Panthers fan take.  Anyone who falls to us must suck because some other team didn't take them before.  We got lucky with Lemon, Thieneman, and Freeling all falling to us (honestly any of the three is a A+) but the WR and S positions are much deeper than the LT position in this draft.  We got the LT w/ the most upside at 19.  Mauigoa played RT in college and some think he is a guard in the nfl.  Spano played RT in college and some think he is a guard in the NFL due to short arms.  Blake Miller played RT in college and is not as good as Freeling.  Proctor is a true LT but his ability to handle quick edge's worries me (see Icky).  Freeling is a true LT and a gifted pass protector.  Many think he has a very high ceiling and will benefit from not having to start right away.  This is how you build a franchise.
    • After watching Cam get killed for years behind a bad Oline and having to watch the 2021 and 2023 Olines I will never complain about this team putting resources into that spot.  We got a true LT who could really push Rasheed Walker for the day 1 job. Go back and watch Iceky's draft profile from 2022 and all the talk was Ickey would be an all-pro guard in a zone blocking scheme, but he could play LT in a gap power run scheme. That's why Ickey looked really good when Wilks took over and we just started running gap run plays and just mauled people up front but under Canales we've been more of a zone running team. Ickey can survive at LT with his pass blocking but his true strength will always be his ability to just move guys in the run game and that's a skill set that's better used at guard.  Take another OT later on day 3 to learn from Moton to take over RT in a couple of years and let Walker and Freeling battle it out for the day 1 LT job then next offseason trade one of Hunt of Lewis and let Ickey move inside to guard.
