In the article, Hoge said athletically, he might be a 12, but "as a quarterback he's probably pushing around a four."

Hoge went on to say, "Donovan [McNabb] would be a Kurt Warner compared to Cam Newton as far as accuracy goes."

"The only word I can use after watching four games is atrocious," he said. "You never know where that ball will end up. In fact, he was more of a runner than he ever was a passer."

Well Hoge couldn't have been more further from the truth, which has led to him now saying that Newton has been 'mind boggling' and that he "has been most impressed with Newton's willingness to stay in the pocket and go through his pass progressions rather than taking off running at the first opportunity."

Again the post isn't about Hoge ik that may be hard to comprehend but to address the concerns and shortcomings of our potential qb..

Just saw this interview that looks like happened just earlier today. Scott is asked what he likes about each of the top 4, and he lights up so much when he starts talking about Bryce compared to the others; he talks about what he "likes" about the others, but what he "loves" about Bryce. Think it's about as obvious as it can be at this point without outright just announcing the pick.

Change the subject then. The first two words are his name and these are his thoughts. I’m simply sharing the “shortcomings” of Cam mentioned by the same person. If that hurts your narrative I apologize.

Care to share how you would scheme around a qb with less that ideal arm strength and not being able to stand tall in the pocket? How about when he gets up there in the years do you think he will be an elite qb when whatever physical skills he has diminish..I'm interested to know or all you can do is post links and poo all day

You just don’t get it. It doesn’t matter what you think. It doesn’t matter how anybody would scheme anything. We aren’t NFL coaches. All that matters is what our coaches think and how they would scheme. If you think you’re smarter than them then go ahead and send in your resume. You have no credibility here and nobody except Gerry Green wants to have a conversation with you after you’ve spent the past 2 weeks acting like a complete ass.
