I said it last week and got flamed for it with the excuse of it being week 1. But in all seriousness, what week do we concern ourselves with what we are seeing if it doesn’t change?

What difference does it make being concerned. We cant field a competitive team. And I don't even see a nucleus that gives me hope at this point.

Can't wait to send the bears our #1 overall pick

I was hopeful as others. Even bought in to the Bryce hype. Thought he could turn us around and right the ship. But my gawd, was I wrong. Frank Reich looks like he has Alzheimer's and fuggin Bryce looks like he will fumble if you fart on him. Not to mention his receivers might as well be DBs with the amount of separation they get.

The ugliest thing is what do they give up on first, the dud QB or the people that picked him while pissing away so much value on a team desperate for more talent?

Tepper is dumb enough to ride this failure into a 2nd year. Go ahead and fire Fritterer in a couple of games at this rate and have the new GM run the new coach search.

    • But evidently the Raiders want a Micah Parsons caliber trade package for him. Now of course that's what they're going to say to open up the bidding but I can't see them coming close to that. One, Crosby is damn good but he's not Micah Parsons. Two, Parsons is two years younger. He had just turned 26 at the time he was traded. Crosby will have just turned 29 at the start of next season. That's a significant difference. Barring injury issues, Crosby should still have a few years of high level play left but you're talking about trading for a player on track to be a first ballot HOFer in the middle of his prime years versus trading for a player on track to potentially be in the HOF discussion toward the end of his prime years. I just can't see Crosby fetching them a Parsons type package. Considerably less. If the Raiders stick to that Parsons precedent this is gonna get ugly.
