let's all come together and take out an ad in the Charlotte Observer... I will pay the cost of the ad

Need someone to write the ad, someone to embody our frustation with David Tepper and put him on blast to hire a competent President of the team to hire/fire GMs, coaches, etc. An ad that embodies how he, Nicole, his brand have been nothing but a dumpster fire since the moment he bought the team, that his approval ratings are George Shinn'esque

 

I can't write that ad, I am too emotionally frustrated with this team to write beyond a 5th grade level. I also would need help though on how to navigate getting this ad in the Observer, where would I start? https://www.charlotteobserver.com/customer-service/contact-us/ ????

I think an empty stadium that still finds boos available to give is as good as they deserve. Fill the seats with homeless people that are required to chant 'sell the team' sounds fun to me. I have some tickets to contribute to that cause...

Don't know about that idea, but I've pretty much already written what I'd say.

Just keep it simple: Tell him to stop meddling in football decisions and hire a consultant to evaluate the entire organization.

I've been of the mind that Tepper needed to stay out of things for a while now.

My thing is I don't have specific recommendations outside of that...the lone exception being to suggest Kevin Colbert as the consultant.

One thing I'd say: if you actually do want David Tepper to notice, you can't insult him. That'd be a surefire way to make him not listen.

You just have to keep it simple and say something like "please stay out of all football decisions and hire a consultant" or something along those lines.

I want him to know we are frustrated, he is frustrated but he needs a mirror and just backs away from meddling
