Yeah obviously I meant Raanta. Montreal game is on Thursday, so totally allowed.

May be BS but several outlets claiming it so I don’t think so.  Pretty sure you’re gonna have to suck it up buttercup, likely he will be in net for the Montreal’s game.

Merry Christmas.

Again I still call bullshit. They can do it Thursday. They cannot right now. Our FoH doesn’t tend to leak these details either. He’s obviously back in Raleigh for Christmas with his fam. But, there is no combination of situations(unless there is a way obscure rule) where he can be emergency recalled. He could be recalled Thursday at 12:01 AM local time with a corresponding move for Perets. But what you posted from Xhitter is just not possible until 12:01 on Thursday.

At that point it wouldn’t be an emergency recall but a regular recall and he’d be eligible for 10 games/30 days cumulative(roughly a Freddie hopefully).

Until Thursday there are no regular recalls.

Which basically we are stashing/burying Raanta’s NHL cap in the minors, until either Freddie is or Freddie isn’t.

Looks like his English is starting to get better. Also svech said yesterday, Pyotr doesn’t want to be a goalie. He’d rather be a “hockey player” and score goals and make hits.

Dang! You beat me to it. Maybe he can get some 1st stars of the game so we can hear him speak more.

    • The lack of discipline has seriously been our downfall the last month. Seems like we just went off course this last month and Lee won't address it. You can't just live and die by the 3 when you can attack the paint and at worst draw a foul
    • Great season regardless of what happens. From starting out 4-14 to ending 44-38 is incredible progress and future is bright from here. I do think we can beat the Heat and then win on the road against either Orlando or Philly assuming Embiid doesn’t miraculously return sooner. But if not, a higher draft pick is nice too
    • I know a DT that's asking for a trade: 🤔 maybe a home discount can be worked out. Dan Morgan could create up to $80 million in space through restructures of stars like Derrick Brown, Jaycee Horn, or Taylor Moton. They could also include players like Tershawn Wharton ($18.6M cap hit) in the trade to balance the salaries. Carolina Receives: DT  Dexter Lawrence II New York Receives: 2026 2nd Round Pick (No. 51 Overall): A premium Day 2 selection that fits the for  Lawrence  after his 0.5-sack season in 2025. WR  Xavier Legette : A young, high-upside receiver who provides the playmaking depth HC John Harbaugh needs for his offense. 2026 4th Round Pick: Immediate mid-round value. 2027 4th Round Pick (via MIN): Future capital acquired in the  Adam Thielen  trade.  ----- Stone Forsythe* (another young player as a potential trade option)provides immediate offensive line retooling for HC John Harbaugh.    John Harbaugh's history in Baltimore proves he values draft volume over individual superstars.    Just my 2cents
