Call me a dinosaur but we are still watching a sony 42" 720p tv we got many years ago and the antenna channels are still just fine and great to me

Maybe I am missing something but it is just fine

Am i going to miss something about taylors swifts lips by not having the latest technology?

If so my life will continue on just fine

theres not a better picture than an antenna picture.  no compression.

when you stream over cable your quality goes up and down.  antenna is what it is, raw uncut dope!

True. But if you live out in the sticks like I do you will only get PBS.  Every other station is iffy.

the UNC vs Miami Football game was broadcasted in 4K this year. It was fuging amazing and the best part was during the commercial breaks because they cant play ads in 4K you'd get a Live feed(in 4K) of the stadium. Best TV viewing experience I've ever had.

Funny story I was at the UNC vs Miami game and I missed the 4k broadcast. Damn it.

I know what you mean as I live in the sticks too.

I got an antenna by Clearstream that is exterior and not gawdy and it works really well.   I went to one of those antenna location sites and it showed me exactly which direction to point for each station.  Just a very small turn can make a huge difference in signal.

    • I had everything saved on an old email address and my computer crashed and could not be revived.  I tried reviving it, then stumbled on one I was going to create several years ago...So I am using it instead.  My fault--did not keep the email and forgot password--
    • Rasheed Walker for Kris Jenkins Jr.is what i am actually referring to in that particular post  all those #'s you are referring to are athletic #'s & Monroe Freeling had or has an impressive combination of size & raw athletiscm & it has nothing do with his size or athelticsm that is preventing him from being a day 1 starter in the NFL technique is where he struggled at the NFL combine & not only scouts but analysts alike also viewed him as more of a developmental type of player rather than a day 1 starter  go take a look at Will Campbell transition from the SEC to the NFL another first round LT that was drafted #4 overall by the New England Patriot,s.Will Campbell was a three year starter at  LSU & was thought to be one of if not the very best LT's in the SEC  & compare his SEC carrer to his rookie season in the NFL? just because you played good in the SEC at LT does nescarrily mean you are ready to start at LT in the NFL day 1 & or your rookie season  & one last thing i think you are jumping to conclusion & somehow assuming that i do not like Monroe Freeling ?which could not be further from the truth .what i do not like is the idea starting a player who is not ready ...just saying
    • I'd 10x rather play the NFC North than NFC West.
