if they dont sign any other huge deal, they should easily get a 3rd comp pick.

mike brown is the tightest owner with his purse. so i doubt they sign anyone,

I mean the rules make it so that you have to spend up to a certain portion of the cap. It's not really a thing that you can have a shoestring budget on labor costs for very long.

 if you took away maye, you could make a good case they are the worse team than carolina. Carolinas OL is 10x better and I think even with injuries carolina has better WRs&TEs. RB too. Bill had them in the top 5 D last year i think.
