Caps put up 5 in the 1st period on Columbus less than 24 hours ago.

Caps are a much improved team over last year, but their top lines are starting to show their age. A little surprised Washington played their #1 goalie last night, so we'll see Lingren in net.

Carolina Hurricanes have only seen Lindgren 4 times in his 10 year NHL career, and the Canes are 1-3 against him.

Canes lifetime record against Washington is 70-90-14.

You left out the fact that the victory was last season.... and the last time he beat us was in 19-20" in OT.
