The night before the biggest game of the season,  which style of BBQ do Huddlers prefer?

You kidding right? Slow roasted pig all the way. I like the thin vinegar/hot pepper sauce the best but mustard, tomato based, I don't care it is all good. 

Now, a KC steak? They win that one probably.

I love some vinegar based pulled pork,  but Texas style beef Brisket is pretty damn good.

I just made something up. I don't really do BBQ maybe twice a year if that. I usually do vinegar based BBQ.

The KC sauce is mostly what I can't get with. Sweet, thick, like the top of a meat loaf lol.

I did the same, but wouldn't be surprised if they made a pizza like that out there.

From NC so smoked pork butt is the staple. That said, having a narrow minded view regarding a good brisket is self destructive.  Wouldn’t turn down either one.

While I grew up on NC BBQ there is a lot of bland textureless mush with poo sides in the area. 

I like good BBQ regardless of its region
