Can't complain too much. Got a Moose Clone in Lefell. Got a QB with HUGE upside if he can prove he is not Ryan Leaf Jr. Amarti could be a great weapon in a wildcat and as a slot. Still we obviously fell in love with him cause we passed on some talent and gave up that 2nd. i hope he is worth it.

The Clausen pick I hated. The Lefell pick I understood. I saw him play for a few yrs and he is a damn good blocker. If he has separation he will catch anything you throw to him.

The Edwards pick would have been fine but we are always giving up too much for a pick that could be had later and thats what bothers me about that Edwards pick so much.

My biggest problem with LaFell is his hands are sort of small, and that contributes to his drop issues.

He's not a speedster, but he's faster than Jarrett, and he's fast enough.

You guys got a good one in Lafell. He has the potential for a big play anytime he steps on the field; unfortunately, he has also had drop issues. He runs routes very well. He might be like Devery Henderson (another LSU WR) was for us; it took a couple of years, and a lot of hard work, to come around, but since he has, he has been $$$$$.

I'm fine with Smith, Jarrett/LaFell combo. Fox just needs to let Davidson mix in some Barnidge and Rosario and maybe get creative with Armanti. I just think Armanti this early was such a stretch when there were defensive guys still on the board that could have provided help. Oh well, raise your glass to training camp and lets see what unfolds.
