Grilled Chicken Legs last night.

I soaked them in texas pete for a while, then grilled them right over the coals to crisp the outside, then moved them to the side of the grill to cook them slow with indirect heat.

Went inside and prepared Green Peas, and Scalloped Potatoes.

Took about an hour total.

You are seriously making me hungry right now. Try the "hotter" tex pete. Deliciousness IMHO

Grilled some wings tonight. Yums.

Dump a bottle of Sweet Baby Rays into a bowl, add a whole bottle of Habenero Hot Sauce (I don't know if it has a name brand it just says Habenero on the side and it is red, they sell it at Wal-mart), 2 tablespoons of fresh crushed garlic, one tablespoon of Lea & Perrins Worrchieoiwuerojsdlkster sauce, one whole juiced lime, and 2-3 shots of Jack Daniels.

Stir all of that together and let it set in the fridge for at least 2 hours. Spread over wings and grill slow. Continuely basting them with the sauce.

That poo is good.

As a warning if you aren't into really hot stuff just add the Habenero sauce a quarter bottle at a time. It is pretty warm and it has that slow heat, so the first bite is all good and 10 seconds later you start to feel it.

House, that sounds awesome. I love habanero sauce. Ever try the El Yucateco XXX Mayan habanero sauce? It's the best habanero sauce I've had.

Possibly, I will buy and eat anything that has Habanero written on it. (Don't get any ideas you assholes). Right now I am really into Melinda's XXXtra Reserve. Not as hot as I would normally perfer but it has an excellent natural flavor.
