Gary Barnidge really helping out his teammates on kickoff returns. Doing a lot of teaching. Smart kid.

Third-team OL really struggling with blitz pickup.

Clausen to Edwards for a nice gain.

C.J. Wilson is giving up too many pass completions. He may get shuffled out this year if some rookie CBs step up.

Coaches got on DT Ed Johnson when he slapped at rookie QB Jimmy Clausen as he ran through the line. QBs aren't to be touched.

A lot folks wondering about sixth-round pick WR David Gettis. He just hasn’t flashed much and dropped an easy pass today. Probably not among the top six receivers at camp

CB C.J. Wilson seems to be struggling a bit in pass coverage. He gave up two passes in a short period of time

I still cant say enough about Wallace Wright. I could see him easily being in the top three receivers. Runs great routes with alot of speed, gets good seperation and isnt afraid to go after the ball. His catch today was awesome. Fought his man for the ball in the air and wouldnt take no for an answer.

Whoever wrote Gettis hasnt flash much hasnt watched much. He ran a a route today and did a little stutter step and torched his man for a touchdown. This guy looks good in my opinion, for what its worth.

It was Reed, He did something Similar the first or second day of camp. Made a nice Sideline catch and then the stutter step and blew his guy up today...Those are definitely flashes and Gettis is going to be inconsistent at this point...A project definitely worth keeping around. His size and speed are a rare combination.

I'm also really excited about Wright. I initially had only thought he'd contribute to special teams, but it sounds like he's doing well in camp. I loved hearing this in a recent article:

"I don't think anybody's happy just playing special teams," Wright said from his home in Dallas, Texas. "You have to have goals, you have to push yourself, and that's what makes the game fun.

"I want to be starter at wide receiver in the NFL. That's always been my goal and I've fallen short. I've played a lot, but everybody's looking for that starting position."

Motivation and drive isn't everything, but sometimes it can be the difference maker. I think his dedication will pay off this year.

Yeah the people that think we're gonna cut him are fools

    • These arguments are getting more and more disingenuous from both the pro and anti Bryce crowd. Bryce looked very good for stretches down the final 8 games. He finally showed glimpses of the guy that was projected as a top QB pick in the draft. Bryce also didn't look like a top 10 NFL QB.  I think we are so far removed from Prime Cam that we forget what an elite QB looks like. I could tell that when people were losing their minds and simping for Sam Darnold. This season needs to finally showcase Bryce as a franchise talent. If that doesn't happen, it's time to pivot. There are very few recent examples of QB's struggling or being a mixed bag through the first three seasons of starting and then suddenly becoming frachise caliber players.
    • See that's the thing what I saw in game 2 was so embarrassing id rather they could just forfeit
    • Are you arguing that his height deficiencies and footwork within the pocket have not been a present issue clearly seen on his game tape particularly in the games he struggled in? Because that's simply denying what everyone in this fanbase who have watched the games have seen. It's interesting how hardline BY fans here quickly and effortlessly pivot from whailing about being victimized to becoming the aggressor and hurling out allegations of bias and hatred. And at the end of the day while Bryce Young clearly improved significantly from the first two games of the season the reality of the situation is he still finished 42nd in yards per pass attempt behind Mac Jones and tied with Caleb Williams and 38th in passing yards per game behind the likes of Gardner Minshew Aidan O'Connell Drake Maye and Will Levis. Furthermore it took Bryce Young 23 games to surpass Panthers legend Kyle Allen's 13 games worth of passing yardage in 2019. So if your argument is he became a head and shoulders better passer over the course of the second half of the season the reality is we're still waiting to see that growth this season. And there is nothing controversial or vitriolic about saying so from the mind of a rational observer.
