Kenny Moore has "disappeared" since the first week of camp

Reed doesn't know what he's talking about. We've been hearing nothing but good things from Moore from posters here that have been to camp every day and reports from other writers as well. Btw, did he watch the first preseason game?

I'm going to have to agree with this. Moore has probably only looked less stellar because he had such a great first week.

I think he makes the team, and I'll also say that I wouldn't be surprised if Jarrett is cut.

.

WR Kenny Moore, who was pretty much the MVP of training camp the first week, has pretty much disappeared since. With Steve Smith, Brandon LaFell, Wallace Wright and Armanti Edwards pretty much locks to make the roster, you have to wonder if Moore is now on the outside looking in, especially since Dwayne Jarrett has stepped up his game in recent weeks.

No way Jarrett gets cut.

for 2010 he looks be the best WR not named Smith....at least from what we have seen thus far.

I think this is the most likely scenario if Jarrett lights it up in the final 3 preseason games. Otherwise, bye bye Jarrett.

LaFell hasn't shown to be a better option in 2010 than Jarrett. LaFell would have to end all doubt for Jarrett not to make the roster.

and all reports show Jarrett looks good. He looked the best in preseason game 1. Not saying a lot but still....

    • And that makes you right.
    • Mel Kiper said he would retire if Jimmy Clausen wasn't a successful NFL starter too. Just because the experts make a claim doesnt mean it's true either.  Bryce may be a serviceable QB for someone. Serviceable QBs don't bring you a perennial winner or lead you to the playoffs over and over. Serviceable QBs also dont get 50m plus per year deals which is what a Bryce extension would look like.  The stats show he hasn't been even a serviceable QB in the 3 years he's been here. The eye test shows he hasn't put together 2 franchise QB salary games back to back in 3 years.  Complain all you want about people being negative, but people pointing out that Bryce is held to a different standard than anyone else on the team isn't complaining. It's stating the obvious.
    • We have big bodied WRs and 3 TEs who all have potential and each bring something different to the table. I never saw the need to go out there and try and find a new starting TE.  While it's nice to have a guy like McBride, Bowers, etc, I think a team's better use of the cap is by having TEs on rookie contracts or cheap vets, not having to pay elite TE money.
