Several crazy items in China and Korea....

Monkey Brains...right from the monkey head. They sawed off the top of the head and it was eaten straight from there.

Dog...had it in Korea

Sea Cucumber....one of the nastiest things ever

Chicken Soup in China...had the chicken head and feet floating in it

Rocky Mountain Oysters

ya...I've had those too...and to be honest, they were pretty damn good, cooked!!!

one time, the guy doing the cutting was eating them raw.....fresh from the receptacle!!! Damn near puked my brains out. One went in his mouth, one went in the bowl for dinner!

anyway...lots of different wild game, elk is my fave, moose, deer, bear, rabbit, fishes, gator, birds, rabbit, squirrel and cat

came close to a yeast infection i think, all i know is after the finger test the smell ruined it for me.

funny story actually, was at this chicks apt. and as i said did the finger test and came across the most awful smell ever..Anyway came up with an excuse to dip, only prob was I couldn't find my damn keys...they were buried in her damn couch. I eventually found them and made my escape.

I have RM Oysters, Raw Squid (Tasted like trying to eat a rubber band!) Brains & eggs (My Grandfoather loved it with Ketchup!) Cow tongue (again, Grandfather) Cracklins (again Grandfather). Ludefisk (Minnesota/Norwegian, fish soaked in Lye!) :eek:

My wife is filipina, and she had me try something filipina's eat called bagoong. Its a fermented fist/shrimp paste and the worse smelling thing you will ever come close to. I tried it and gagged.

Overseas you can get into some wierd poo.

Balut, that was a strange one that I was VERY afraid to eat. Wasn't too bad though, the liquid that comes out is what will make you want to throw up.

Went to a Ramen house one night and just pointed at the menu. Turned out I ordered a whole squid boiled in noodles, that was wierd.

Coconut Lobster, tasty but probably one of the ugliest things on the planet.

Dog, which is really pretty tasty.

Finally, the most dangerous and daring thing I have ever ate was "street meat". Basically little carts that sell kabobs of "meat" on the street. No telling what it really is. Best off not knowing, its tasty as fug though, they season it well.

Let's see. Brains and eggs when I was little and didn't know what the hell my granny was feeding me.

Pickled pig feet. I think my granny was trying to kill me, but I loved em until I figured out they were real pig feet - somewhere around age 5.

Camel when we were in Iran. There's probably other stuff I ate over there and have no idea what it was. I'm sure I ate goat at some point.
