Otah worth the 27th-29th Pick in 2009 Draft???

Depending on the winner of the Super Bowl was Otah worth the pick we will eventually give up for him?

For the times he was in there I think he was well worth it. I am a bit skidish about the injuries. Seemed he had alot of nagging injuries. I hope it isn't a prelude to things to come.

For the first time I really feel good about our offensive line. I mean they're not the best pass blockers, but they can really run block like hell. Otah is the best offensive lineman we have imo, so yes I think he was well worth it.

It has been stated that Otah still is mostly raw talent and he needs to work on his footwork. If he still has that much upside to him, I'd say he will be a multi-pro bowler and would be a top 10 pick.

we have only seen the tip of the iceberg. a year under his belt and another offseason that he is actually able to participate fully in this time will be huge.

he was well worth every bit of that trade. we were incredibly fortunate to have scored both guys.

As an eagles fan I would love to have otah right now. We have both Runyan and thomas as free agents next year. but still I think the trade woked out for both teams . without it we dont have deshawn jackson.

From what I've seen of him so far I have every reason to believe it was a great move. I think a couple of draft picks will be a small price to pay (we got what we needed when we wanted it). Could you imagine the pressure on the org. too resign Gross if we didn't have Otah? I think having Otah lowers Gross' leverage and allows the team other options.

The running game was completley different when he was out. When he plays, the holes are there and the Backs put up yards. When he's out, the running game is a little more sluggish resulting in mediocre performances.

I think at this point he is a steal and will anchor the line for years to come.

Yes he was worth it....Williams and Stewarts numbers would not be as high if Otah wasn't opening lanes for them.
