If our secondary doesn't use some steriods or something how are we to believe we are gonna stop there WRs? Any thoughts on how this might play out? I mean we got beat deep and short by Tampa's crappy wideouts. how can we really expect to win?

i'm talking on the D side of the ball... there is no way you can expect Jimmy to go toe to toe with carson, TO, and ocho. If we can't stop there passing game and we are relying only on our unknown passing game to keep up we are screwed!

The Bengal O is currently ranked 10th (8th in passing, 21st rushing) in the league. They're putting up 340 yards per game and are committing no penalties. +2 in the turnover department and have a 33 minute time of possession average.

Seeing how the Panther D-line hasn't touched a QB yet, Carson Palmer with time in the pocket will kill the Panthers and the Bengal's O-line will open some gaping holes for Cedric Benson and Bernard Scott, who are carrying the ball 30 times a game together.

TO: 10 catches 110 yards

Ocho: 16 catches 203 yards

Shipley: 10 catches 124 yards

Did the Panthers pass on Jordan Shipley during the draft? Anyone know?

      I would look at a trade for another team's backups, since the free agent class is ass. I would be interested in Stidham, Winston, McKee (probably hard to get), or Brissett (not sure Cards part with him because Kyler is also ass) If we are going free agent route, Mariota or Zach Wilson might be our best options. Maybe Flacco? Definitely an ugly free agent list

      I don't care about draft position. We picked #1 overall and it was a fuging disaster.  We don't struggle with draft position, we struggle with talent evaluations.  Just get a better QB. If the best option is 40+, whatever. We need to build a real team that has any fuging clue about what winning looks like and do it while continually improving this roster so that one day when "The Guy" eventually shows up, we can win from day 1.  As I have stated over and over, with the lower tier options likely available in free agency and the draft, I would take some of Column A and Column B and maybe even Column C.  Just spam options and see what happens. Better than just sitting on our hands and hoping Bryce will get hit with a dose of gamma radiation turning him into QB Hulk.
