I see teams run this play to perfection every week, setting it up and having a lot of success. We have 3 explosive HBs very capable of catching the ball in stride.

The screen pass also will take pressure off the pass rush during a series.

After watching many of Jimmy Clausen's highlights from Notre Dame, he knows how to run the play... often.

So why wasn't this play utilized to not only build Clausen's confidence but get effective results...

I've heard Fox and company talk about how we are going to incorporate the screen game more, but it never seems to show up in games a lot. Kind of a shame, seems we have the personnel for it.

That is one thing I noticed that TE screen was fooling the panthers D every time, they must of got 3 3rd down conversions from it.

While the smoke route to smith is a nice play, I would also like to see a

RB screen, or a short pass to a RB in the flats.

The panthers also have the personel for that TE screen as well.

Fox has been unable to coach how to run and how to defend a screen pass since he got here. He has even said in press conferences how difficult screen passes are to run. He's an idiot.
