I think that Fox is throwing this season. Maybe he's ticked that he was forced to get rid of Delhomme and that his contract wasn't renewed. Our gameplan gives a new meaning to the word basic, Offense and Defense. There is no way we can expect to win. There is no change to the game plan at any point durning the game, even after halftime. Every team has to alter their plan at some point, do something different, not us. Because Fox isn't trying to win. Look at the misuse of players, Smitty, DeAngelo, Stew even Jarrett. Yes I said Jarrett, he's not great at routes, but he has very good hands. We have to take advantage of the players on our roster. I wonder what our coaching staff will look like next season and who will we daft with the #1 pick.

Thats crap Squirrel, his money is already gone, he didn't get a deal, remember. How can you go into a game with a QB thats never started in the NFL and take advantage of the running game that our team is built around. We put the weight on Clausen instead of two RB's that ran for over 1100 yards a piece. We don't get the ball to Smith till late in the game. What other team does this? The Chiefs that won what, 4 gms last year...No only Fox

Yeah I'm sure a coach who is on the last year of his contract wants to suck just to spite the owner/FO of this team. I mean I doubt he wants to coach anywhere else. He's just being a douche and going to retire after this season. I doubt he wants to win and show another team he's a good coach.

Seriously, get out of here with this poo.

I don't believe Jarrett was even dressed... I remember hearing the annonceres say that there was 3 receivers dressed...

Well Mr. Anderson lets hear your version of our lack of success....... Are you saying that Fox has put a game plan in place for us to win and that all of the players are just not following it. I don't think so. Heck look at how bad our offense was when Dan Henning was here and everyone, including you was calling for his release. We released him and Miami gave him room for him to impliment the offense he wanted to in Carolina. The main factor between now and then is the same...your girlfriend Fox.

While we have our tin foil hats on, ponder this....

Fox went to Atlantic City and lost big on the gaming tables. He is throwing the games intentionally to repay his debt to the mob.....

You seem like the one with the foil hat. Since you seem to have knowledge mere humans don't (perhaps relayed to you by some alien all prescient being), where exactly was Jimmy Hoffa buried and were there shots from the grassy knoll??

BTW I think his salary this year is 6 million bucks. This is his last year of his contract but he is getting tons of bucks to coach.

I guarantee you that Fox is doing the best he can to "win". It doesn't make sense logically, that Fox would throw an entire season, ruining his own resume', thus hurting his chances of landing another coaching job. Richardson simply set him up to fail by cutting all the vets, giving us the youngest team in the NFL. I don't care if Bill Belicheck were our coach right now, we would still be 0-3. Richardson has a master plan in place, and I believe that plan is to bring in Bill Cowher, and play "Steeler Football."

wat

My girlfriend Fox?

I'm not in any way a fan of Fox. I'm simply saying a coach who wants to continue to coach in this league isn't going to hurt himself purposely by trying to give the FO a big F U.

You're overreacting. Fox wants to win because he wants another job...he just sucks...along with this entire franchise right now.

    • Didn't know where to post this but it is panthers relevant since eventually we'll have a couple wr in Coker and tmac that will get paid. Jaxon Smith-njigba just signed a 4 year $168.6 million contract extension that now makes him the highest paid wr in nfl history. For now
    • Would be happy with Lomu or Iheanachor at 19. Fano is intriguing but I don't think he makes it.
    • II see it this way: We have to look at long-term needs and current depth.  We have filled some key spots with players on one-year contracts.  I firmly believe that they intend to pay Bryce some big bucks next year.  That means you cannot hope that your rookies in 2027 can fill the spots vacated by the veterans you could not afford to re-sign.   We need to consider the cap and the fact that the need to start a rookie is not viewed as a positive by coaches and general managers, but they value first contracts--so it is a delicate balance. I think they have to look at the cap by position--"Can we afford a $50m QB and a $100m OL?  That is half the cap, before you pay your WRs and RBs and TEs.  They need to start getting younger on the OL as well.   I am not suggesting that we draft OT in round 1, but we could and I would get it.  RT on a 1-year deal, they may have intel about Ickey (who was not the best LT, to be honest) and 32-year old Moton is on a bad wheel.   Now if you go by Morgan's history, you can almost tell what position we are going to address with the first pick by noting the positions he has not focused on in free agency.  DT, considering the lack of performance by those not named Derrick Brown and the loss of Robinson, is screaming to be addressed with a top player.  Wharton is not an early down DT (DE if you want to get technical) and our LBs need to be clean--they were not in 2025.  Look for a DT early. I also think we will address ILB (pass covering Will) on day 2.  The other day 2 pick will be an OT, in my view. Do not rule out CB.  We are thin there too, and Jackson is in his final year.  I am not sure that we love Smith-Wade.  Some crackhead on here talked about moving him to S----stay tuned.   Hopefully, a team wanting Ty Simpson will move up and offer us a pick or two to move back. DT WILB OT OC QB  (you heard it here 337th--but this pick could come sooner than you think.
