Jim would be a good runner up only and i mean only if u can't get Jon gruden or Bill Cowher. Charlotte needs a coach with a personality, Gruden would fit perfectly. He did wonders for Rich Gannon. We need offense. Charlotte needs something to get excited about plus he's pretty good defensively. U mix all that with all our potential, we should be a contender.

the cowher stuff actually makes some sense. dude won consecutively up in pittsburgh, won a Super bowl and all that jazz. pretty good coach, and he lives in Raleigh. Come on, who WOULDN'T assume he was possibly coming down here.

Gruden on the other hand? I don't know when the infatuation with him started. Dude gets on MNF and everyone thinks he's the greatest coach of all time. He won a Superbowl with Dungy's team and had a losing record as a coach from that season on. Not someone I want to bring in to the panthers franchise.
