What do you think the biggest problem with the offense is?

biggest problem is the guys not in uniform. Decisions by Richardson and Fox. Fox is a decent coach if you give him exactly what he wants to have on a football field.....he is the type coach you can't just give him players and ask to go out and win games. Winning this season w/ the moves Richardson had made.....would only work with a select few coaches. Fox can't adapt and form an offense around his players.....the players are going to be forced to play in his plan A offense. Bad mix.

Stubborn playcalling, oline's inability to block. defense creating early hole.

This team doesn't even want to play. Such a joke. It all starts up front though.. with the oline playing so poorly, you think some changes would be made to account for it. Nope, they're just letting them suck more and more everyweek. You KNOW teams are gonna blitz us, rush us with ears pinned back, etc.

Why the fug are we still running shitty plays. and Otah better get his ass back in shape, you know that fatass is gonna be out of shape and gonna be held out for 2 more weeks cuz of it.

Just looking for thoughtful opinions here.

Is it coaching?

Inexperience?

Lack of talent?

What do you think?

Its certainly not play calling, but it is execution or lack thereof. I think that lack of experience is a big problem, perhaps the biggest. Of course, the front office is the reason we don't have any experience, so lets say inexperience and coaching and front office. At a minimum, they should have resigned Moose, don't care how old he is.
