Otah Out Atleast 3 More Weeks

It would be crazy to trade Otah..IMO

Why? If he'll never be healthy, what's the point? He's not a world beater. He's damn good, but we need to be able to count on him every game, every season. O-Lines need to work together. The Saints line played all 16 games together last season I think. That's money. Otah? Meh. What good is he missing games every year. If the doctors can promise he is 100%, then yeah, keep him. But it sure looks like he's injury prone.

As Yoda would say, "The O-Line, Otah does make not." It's about everyone on that line.

Then again, I'd rather have half an Otah than all a Schwartz or Bernananrnanannaadu.

I would IR, then, starting Week 10, or whenever he's supposed to be healthy, make his fat ass work with team doctor's, hire him a nutritionist, and make sure he gets healthy as much as possible. He'd be constantly rehabbing, working on his eating, training, and then next year make sure he's healthy.

If he came into Training Camp next year over-weight, I would fine the ever living poo out of him until he got under-weight.

...this situation is starting to fkin piss me off..

    • They will be if they extend Young but I don't think we're there just yet. Morgan and Canales are tied and I don't believe Tepper is going to go look for a new front office for Bryce as things stand.
    • I was playing around with the ESPN playoff predictor and it shows if 49ers and Rams finish with same record, the Rams hold the tiebreaker.
    • This is my thinking as well. Seattle played as good as they could on defense and Panthers still had a chance until those back to back turnovers.  I don't think the Rams played particularly well in their game against us, alot things went our way in order to win.  Someone pointed out the Rams were bad on the east coast road games and Seattle has been the better road team but they just fought a hard contested game against the Panthers, and now they travel to San Fran this week for their biggest game of the season to determine the division and if they are the overall #1 seed in the NFC or will be traveling for the Wildcard weekend.  If they lose they then travel back cross the country to play a team they've just beaten two weeks ago, not saying they won't be favored against the Panthers but the energy of hosting our first playoff game in 10 years along with the get back effect of having just lost to this team could be huge.
