Just reading your fist sentence brings up horrify images of red birds flying everywhere...they kinda resemble CARDINALS! Frank Gore will rip us a new Arsewhole! They will go up by 14 points before Matt finally settles down and gets back in the grove. We will abondon the run with 13 min left in the first Quarter then Moore puts the stink eye on Smith who is limping up and down the field.

My prediction

Moore 11 - 25 4 Ints (all thrown into triple coverage to Smith)

Clausen starts after half time and goes 1-2 1 INT (probably not throw to smith) and one fumble

Pike starts in the after the 3qtr ends and doesn't even get to pass the ball

AE comes in with 2 min left and runs the...whatever it is we call it...for a TD!!!!

we lose 28-5

My reaction will be something along the lines of it will be good to see some progress but very nice for Moore to throw to effectively a brand new WR corp in Smith, Thomas, Clowney, + a little Gettis.

That playoff game was an evening game. We won during the regular season at the 1 PM slot at home in 2008 and beat them at their house last year. We will get them again in December at our house again at 1PM.

As for the whole Moore Clause thing, can you give it a rest. The whole conversation has been about supporting the team no matter who you like and you are one of the biggest violaters.

We are not going to throw 4 Ints, Clausen isn't going to see the field although Edwards could get some carries if he is even active. That will be in debate this week with 2 new guys to choose from. I predict we actually play better this week. I don't think it will be due to one player but a better effort from all involved.

Didn't know I turned it into a Moore and Clausen thing, I am simply stating what I see...simply basing things off of previous observation this year...we will throw 4 ints! Have you not watched a single game we have played? Moore threw 2 in like 5 min. in his last game...think of the possibilities with a whole game!

Here I'll save you from looking it up. He has 6 Int's in 2 games and a few minutes. That equates to roughly 3 picks per game and he didn't even play the entire game either time!

Feeling confident today eh!? When I first started posting here nobody was optomistic about this team... I guess Matt Moore put a spell on most of you lol!

i just read it as if, regardless of the wording of the OP. i have very little confidence in the teams ability to win games. matt moore and steve smith getting back in don't really do anything to inspire confidence. the problems are still there. smith can't get open, teams don't have any respect for the passing game (which they shouldn't), we can't run the ball well, we fall behind early and can't get back in it once they do, oline is still hurting, we still have jeff davidson calling the plays and john fox is a lame duck coach.

panthers have yet to prove they can win. my confidence is low until i see different.

at this point, it doesn't matter "what side" we're on or what we said in previous posts. Let's just put this issue to rest for the good of the Huddle until we actually have some kind of new material for it. It's getting old and exhausting.

If we win, I'll be surprised and happy. I hope our O finally gets on track, especially our running game (which, yes, I know requires a decent passing game!) because I love the thrill of D-Will breaking off a small run for a huge gain... without having to make some undesigned cutback.
