I take that more as a smirk towards the reporter for asking such a dumb question. Of course Moore thinks we can win games. This team isn't bad (they aren't necessarily good, either), they just are playing like garbage.

Matt Moore is 6-4 as a starter. He has the best duo at RB in the backfield in the NFL. He is a monster in Steve Smith at WR. He has a good defense.

A reporter just asked him if he thinks they have avoid going 0-16. The smirk was Matt Moore showing some restraint and probably some amusement at the dumbass questions.
