Most of you guys who believe this is true are idiots(and probably kLIMPson fans as well), Garcia never said that...And yeah Panthro, currently and in recent history, the Gamecocks football program is much better than NC State(and UNC) for that matter and all the while enduring season after season of one of the most brutal schedules in all of college football. Are we world beaters...of course not and thats not what I'm saying, but it's been proven on the field in recent history vs. State(34-0 in 2008 & 7-3 in 2009) and the one time UNC didn't back out of their game against us we beat them 21-15. We played like utter sh*t in two of those games and still won. The only team in the Carolinas we've had trouble with is of course, kLIMPson(but then again so has State) and currently, the Gamecocks are head and shoulders above kLIMPson and looking like they are going to stay that way.

Once again, Garcia nor any other Gamecock football player has ever even publicly entertained the notion that they should scrimmage an NFL team. Sorry for the rant, but this thread reeks of ignorance.
