How about you for starting a thread like this, despite knowing nothing more than what you get from Madden.

Didn't mean to get the panties in a wad... you gotta man crush on davidson or something??

And 1st of all im not on the panthers payroll , read my question buddy.

2nd .... do you really think ole draw, draw, screen pass, punt davidson isn't worthy of my pos title???? If so I question your judgement.

POS is a little harsh but I'll take Jerry Richardson. No respect for him as a fan, maybe if I majored in buisness I'd be sucking him off. There is absolutely no need to go this low and make your team suffer. He could have still saved some money but spent enough to give them a chance. You don't see the players refusing to play because they might not get paid next year do you? He watches a product on the field as a businessman. He is with the NFL first, Panthers second. I truly believe he is not even a fan, just a businessman. I hope in the near future the Panther's will get an owner they deserve.

    • Truly amazing insight here. LOL  These draft class vs. draft class comparisons just aren't relevant. It really doesn't matter how prospects stack up vs. other draft classes.  A lot of people are doing the same thing with T-Mac. Oh, he would've been the 4th or 5th best WR in this class or that class. Okay, great. We're still sitting on the clock at #8 and we have to make a pick or take a trade offer. Drafting a player from another draft class isn't an option so who cares? Everyone kinda accepted going into this draft that it was weak at the top but pretty strong in depth. Now we get to see how it plays out on the field. Plenty of draft projections prove incorrect.
    • The trade up really put Bryce in a huge spotlight. Yeah, the Bama/SEC effect definitely played a big role too.
    • I think there’s plenty of ways you can go about choosing the worst position group for us. LB, S, EDGE, hell even CB. For me, our biggest weakness remains depth. Plenty of reasons behind that (poor drafting, bad contracts, not a big market to attract FAs, etc.). Injuries will and do happen and for us, one big injury to any of our weaker position groups and things start looking similar to last year. The only position groups that can continue contributing while having injuries IMO are OL and RB. So both should be the only two considerations for strengths even though I understand  the hope and/or projection for WRs. I tend to not use projection in “right now” rankings. But i get it.
