Trade Peppers to the Broncos

Rotoworld:

New coach Josh McDaniels said Wednesday that the Broncos will be flexible on defense next season.

This gives Dewayne Robertson a chance to stick, as long as he takes a pay cut. He has experience in both the 3-4 and 4-3 and McDaniels says Denver will base its defenses on week-to-week game plans. We'd still expect it to be a base 3-4 and the Broncos to target a true nose tackle on day one of the NFL Draft.

Them or Jacksonville would be a perfect trade partner for us. We can get a pretty decent first round draft pick and probably a 3rd rounder as well and they can have freak of nature playing either 4-3 end or an upright 3-4 linebacker depending on the set. They need pass rush badly and Pep could remedy that for them. Give me that #12 pick right there and lets run with it...

Naw I WANT A HIGHERRRRRR PICK

Cleveland?

I liked that idea

that's not going to happen as a straight trade. best DE in football or not he's still 29 and how many people were burned in the past trading away draft picks for players? the Redskins are a shining example every year.

The best we can hope for is pick 16 or less.

I'm sorry but I found this whole post very funny, if it doesn't hit you right away read it again and think about what he said.

Never underestimate stupidity when it comes to owners that want a shinny new toy.

    • Been here since middle school right when it started around 2003 after the charlotte.com one. Living outside of Carolina it was tough to find good Panthers content, news or analysis. And no one to talk to about it. This place gave me a lot though I don’t often post. In the later days, I particularly Loved PhillyB’s write ups. They were fire. Too bad I go let it go. I appreciate the hell out of @MHS831 @TheSpecialJuan @Jackie Lee and others who have been posting great content and keeping this place worth coming back to. Particularly during the offseason. Appreciate y’all!
    • Nice explanation, but I was just messing with you. Thought that would be obvious. I dont have the energy to keep on trolling. Last season I compared our situation with Bryce as a potential Alex Smith, but what we should be looking for is our version of Mahomes. Some people will read that as one sentence, to me that single sentence is equivalent to a half A4 explanationf of the teams pathway forward.
    • I dont know how much of his salary would come across and how much a trade would cost but I feel Kmet would be the sort of TE Canales and Morgan would like
